Haaltop.nl is a Dutch startup operating within the online food ordering sector. Our goal is to disrupt the food-delivery industry by positioning ourselves as a 'Pickup-Only' service and changing the food ordering habits of millions of hungry (and sometimes lazy) people worldwide :-)

Job Position: Full Stack Developer (AI Oriented)

We are looking for a talented and driven software engineer who possesses a solid foundation, enthusiasm, and expertise in the field of AI. In this role, you'll become part of our development team and collaborate closely with your colleagues to create compelling algorithms and models, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) Stack, with a focus on frontend development.
• Involvement in independent projects within the AI field.
• Proficiency in Python is a valuable asset.
• Proficient in English.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, critical and logical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Holding a bachelor's degree in computer science is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside designers, developers, and various stakeholders to ensure web applications align with user needs and design guidelines.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel methods and technologies.
• Play a role in creating new products and technologies.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for tackling unique challenges by implementing cutting-edge AI features.

Job Position: Junior Product Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a product management role.
  • Mandatory experience in B2C/B2B products within a software company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead software development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of managing the complete product life cycle, from concept to release.
  • Skill in setting and achieving well-defined goals.
  • Strong business and technical acumen, understanding both the "why" and "how."
  • Excellent English skills, with additional languages as a valuable bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee one or more products, guiding them from initial strategy and definition to execution.
  • Take full ownership of the entire product life cycle, from conception to release.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to create and prioritize the product roadmap and features.
  • Lead all product-related activities, including feature definition, UX/UI design, production releases, and reporting.
  • Collect and analyze data to make informed decisions based on estimated impact.

Job Position: Product Designer (UX/UI)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX and UI design within product teams.
  • Passion for design.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative digital interface design solutions for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications.
  • Proficiency in essential visual and interaction design principles.
  • Familiarity with the entire product life-cycle, encompassing research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
  • Collaborative team player skilled in brainstorming and cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to help define, craft, and deliver exceptional products.
  • Work alongside engineers to articulate feature requirements and functionalities, and engage with fellow designers to gather feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Devise interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns while inventing novel ones that span our various platforms.
  • Develop user journeys and product workflows.
  • Identify user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, ranging from initial sketches to detailed prototypes.
  • Lead the complete design process, from gathering inspiration to crafting pixel-perfect UI designs for all states and scenarios, then hand off to development.
  • Conduct usability tests to inform design enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
